I am an implementation scientist working at the intersection of health equity, HIV and cardiometabolic diseases. My work focuses on testing implementation strategies to integrate proven health interventions and practices in real-world settings. Currently, I am leading a study focused on estimating cost-effectiveness of diverse implementation strategies for integrating cardiovascular disease prevention in routine HIV care. I also work building implementation research capacity in low- and middle-income countries and am Associate Program Director for NIH-funded COllaborative research, implementation, And LEadership training to address chronic Conditions across the lifecoursE (COALESCE).
